Thorbjørn Christoffersen Director of a lot of Denmark's best-selling animated feature films, visits VAF25 with a talk about Checkered Ninja (Ternet Ninja). Thorbjørn gives an insight into his storyboards - what difference does having a good feature film storyboard make, and how do you translate this into captivating animation? Finally, he will give an insight into how he alternates between a very strict and a more organic work method in the Checkered Ninja productions.
Sun Creature Animation Studio The studio will present their work on the upcoming "Julian is a Mermaid". The presentation will focus on animation and clean up, and will revolve around the work process and how it was to work together with Cartoon Saloon on particular parts of the project.

Thorbjørn Christoffersen er autodidakt 3D animator og illustrator. Thorbjørn Christoffersen mødte Kresten Vestbjerg Andersen på The Animation Workshop i Viborg og blev ansat på animationsstudiet A. Film i 2001. Her har han arbejdet på TV-serier, reklamefilm, og spillefilm som 'Den grimme ælling og mig' og 'Asterix og Vikingerne'.
